    Condition :
    As shown in the picture, it's very good condition. No chips, No cracks. The wooden box has a small damage on the rim of the lid (Please refer to the last picture to check it).

    Item Description :
    This is a Japanese porcelain Sake cup of Kutani ware, which was
    made by the 1st class potter, Saichi Matsumoto (1930-)
    about 40 years ago.
    He is a great potter, who was designated as a
    Human Cultural Treasure from Ishikawa prefecture, Japan in 1999. In addition, he won the blue-ribbon prize of one of the most famous Japanese art exhibitions, Nitten Exhibition in 1977 and 1988.  Furthermore, he received
    the Award for Cultural Merit in 1998.
    A bird is painted on the upper side. The signature of the potter is written on the bottom.
    The wooden storage box (no signature) is also included.
