Nippon Morimura HP Orange Poppy Flowers & Gold Beaded Chocolate Cup & Saucer C
Pretty porcelain chocolate cup and saucer. Decorated with a border of hand painted orange poppies with green leaves with raised gold gilt highlights and  beading. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
The cup measures approximately 3 3/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/4 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
