We ship item through USPS as it is usually the least expensive.
However there have been sometimes here lately that the post office has had some problems.
If tracking is showing the package is in transit I cannot issue a refund.
If the item has arrived later than expected due to post office slowness you can always put return to sender on the package when it comes back I will issue a refund.
These are things that are beyond my control.
We are shipping as quickly as possible. Our building has been cleaned and sterilized, we are following all of CDC suggestions and mandates in our area. This could slow our process by a day if  new mandates for our area come out. These things are out of our control.
