    Description

    illinois police patch. Chicago Police patch. I do not know anything about this patch. It was given to me along with another that had a blue border many years ago from an officer visiting Utah and we happened to meet at a PD and we traded patches. The center was not attached when I received them. The patch appears to have never been sewn on a uniform. I have had the patch for around 20 plus years in my collection.
