    Description

    Japanese Antique Master Piece Kutani Ceramic A Covered Tea Cup by Oda Seizan ( 1874-1960) who in 1953 was selected as a Living National Treasure.
    In 1912 Oda Siezan was really mastering the calligraphy and will eventually become the most famous calligraphist.
    This cup inside is full of paintings and Calligraphy by Seizan in Sosho style ( cursive style), the most difficult style to brush.
    Calligraphy represents love poems as well as gold chrysanthemums on outside of the cup are symbols of loyalty and devoted love.
    Shishi lion picture on the bottom of the cup inside. Size:127mm x 80mm ( the diameter of the middle of the cup). Signed by Seizan.
