    Description

    These two fine hand painted and signed  blue and white Saki cups were probably made in the mid -20th c.  The first one is cylindrical in shape and features a mountainous village set in a forest.  It is 2.25" tall x 1.25" in diameter.  It is in excellent condition. The second (also signed) Saki cup is made in the form of a Netsuki with with a cylindrical lower body and a flared upper body.  It is hand painted with a long tree over water with a paddling boatman.  It is 1.75" tall x 1.75" diameter at the lip.  it is also in excellent condition.
